Importance of preventing excessive tiredness

That complete burnout and fatigue feeling that gives you a lot of problems sometimes is not something normal as most people may convince you, it is actually the early symptoms of extreme tiredness.  This is a silent epidemic in the current society because this problem has ruined the lives of many people by taking over schedules, activities, lifestyle and control of what to do and what not to.
The only way to treat or prevent excessive tiredness is by ensuring that all that cause it are properly addressed.  These include stress, poor lifestyle, overworking and poor work ethics, oversleeping and lack of sleep, weight gain and obesity and medical conditions.  If not addressed in good time, tiredness can progress to become fatigue and eventually exhaustion which will cause other complications to oneĆ¢??s health and life.  The chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) can be prevented by adopting health lifestyle and avoiding instances and chemicals that have negative effects on our bodies.
